Landing your first job out of college is exciting, but very rarely does it end up being your permanent career. As a young professional, you have a world of various opportunities ahead of you and as you start climbing the ladder it is important to explore your different options and make sure you are climbing in the right direction. Whether you’ve found your dream job or not, finding your niche takes some time. By reflecting and learning about yourself, you will find the work that makes you happiest, motivated and successful.

This webinar will provide insight and professional advice from different alumni about:
- Finding what you are truly passionate about and building on your strengths and interests
- Identifying your values and goals and where it fits in your career
- Developing your own style and patterns of work
- Experimenting with new ideas and being open to new directions
