She worked for McKinsey & Company in Pittsburgh before attending CMU’s Tepper School of Business. Now, through her consulting firm, TriVerum, Hazel-Ann is a trusted advisor — utilizing her trailblazing framework to revitalize organizations in need of strategic and organizational change. Some of her past work included Fortune 500 banks and health care companies. In 2017, Hazel-Ann became a published author by releasing “A Sparkle of Royal Blue”, which documents her experience as the first female student to attend one of the oldest all-male high schools in the history of Trinidad and Tobago. As a mother of two who believes we should all create balance for family, work and our passions, Hazel is also an active member and volunteer for the CMU Dallas/Fort Worth Network and a leader of the Mentorship pillar of WRAPTT, an organization endorsed by the ambassador to Trinidad and Tobago.
